資誠會計師事務所的印度籍稅務法律經理Dhaval Girishkumar Trivedi於18日表示，因印度有龐大人口，加上許多適合發展的市場條件，國際大廠如蘋果、Google、IBM等在印度都有據點。然現在卻傳出，雖說蘋果已做好在印度生產系列手機的準備，卻因為提出了一些「要求」，讓印度政府開始猶豫是否配合？

根據路透社報導，蘋果向印度政府開出七大條件，其中以稅務減免為主：蘋果希望印度政府當局可以給予「零組件進口免稅15年」的優惠。此外，蘋果更要求「開放進口3年以上的舊iPhone手機」，打算予以整修後，再出口至全球各地。

另外，蘋果也希望印度政府放寬通關檢查規定，以及部分產品的標示法規。部分印度官員認為，蘋果的要求實在太超過，如果真的同意，對其他已經在印度設廠的外國企業會不公平。

目前蘋果打算分兩階段在印度製造iPhone，其第一階段預計於今年第三季展開，蘋果派出的談判代表將在下週與印度當局官員會面。但依照目前狀況看來，雙方若想取得共識，可能暫時還需要一段時間。

無畏青年高中加油團各式各樣的搖旗吶喊，能仁家商後衛蘇志誠在13日的比賽中找回過往殺手本色，攻下全場最高23分，幫助球隊以65比57贏球，也確定晉級8強。

首節便落後的青年在第四節奮起追分，在林俊恩三分命中後將比數追近至僅有4分差，但蘇志誠挺身而出，三分線外接連開火外也積極衝搶進攻籃板，穩穩鎖定能仁勝利。

在林正明教練的不斷調整下，蘇志誠終於在今日找回手感：「教練提醒我說投籃前腳步要先站穩，這場終於有打開了，讓我信心大增！」

能仁本季尚未吞下敗仗，對此蘇志誠表示並不會有連勝的壓力：「教練都說一場比賽打完就過去了，不要往回看，把注意力放在下一場比賽。」

已經高三的蘇志誠也表示想要把接下來的每一場比賽都打好：「要和大家一起去台北小巨蛋比賽！」
